Columbus Farmers Market Booming

The Columbus Farmers Market has been around since 1929.In the summer the 200 acre site will host as many as 1,500 vendors. This summer, mostly because of the economy, they are expecting more sellers than they can handle.
Many people are looking for ways to generate additional income by selling off their unwanted items. Those of you who are veterans of yard sales know there are some great deals to be found, especially now. The Columbus Farmers Market is like 1,000 yard sales on steroids.
With the weather getting slightly better, now is the perfect time to head out and grab some great stuff before the really large crowds of shoppers return.
The market is open Thursdays and weekends from sun up to early afternoon, so get out there and grab some bargains.
